Я просмотрел почти все сайты связанные с модификациями по Fallout 1-3 (то, что я не просмотрел указано в файле). Эту тему можно использовать как каталог всех мод-ий и продолжать расширять его, добавляя дополнительную информацию в "список". Я делал подобный список на AMK Team по S.T.A.L.K.E.R., но Fallout там обсуждают мало и он менее интересен - по-этому я решил попробовать "распространять" эту идею здесь.

не вижу смысла в списке мод-ий по Fallout: Shelter, но можно "выделить" три модификации:
- New Vegas Costume Pack - добавляет различные костюмы из New Vegas'а
- Custom Outfit's [Steam: 1.13.13] - необходимо для New Vegas Costume Pack'а?
- "Modpack" [Steam/BethNet: 1.13.13] - удаляет "игровые лимиты"

Так, есть сайт MadMax, там этот файл вроде как существует, но обе ссылки битые.
Если есть только английская версия, ну, это печально, конечно.

"Requirements. Russian version of Fallout 3 is 1.7. Compatible with Gold Edition 1S", написано в инструкции по 2-ой ссылке (наверное, инструкция написана для англоязычных пользователей, но игра всё же будет с русской локализацией)
