Предлагаю следующие действия:
- удали этот файл oblivion.ini
- открой папку с игрой и запусти файл OblivionLauncher.exe
- нажми кнопку Настройки и в появившемся окне в рубрике "Качество графики" нажми кнопку "Среднее", потом выставь параметры как на картинке (исключая Адаптер и Разрешение)

- Потом жми кнопку "Ок"
- Запускай WB и на вкладке Настройки для INI, найди параметр Border Regions, Disabled.ini и примени его. Подробнее об этом есть в 13 части в конце...

Памяти на видюшке не хватает 128мб совсем мало. Можно поотключать ретекстуры ну и еще неплохо поставить программу RivaTuner и посмотреть сколько требует памяти во время игры. У меня такой эффект был.

У меня проблема с отчётами в Wrye Bash, у меня там вместо букв каракули, что раздражает. Я так понимаю это шрифтов не хватает или что? Как это исправить?

Согласитесь с изменениями реестра. Теперь при нажатой клавише Shift + правый клик мыши у вас в контекстном меню появится опция "Стать владельцем, получить полный доступ к объекту". В папке System32 находим файлы с_1250.nls и с_1252.nls и применяем на них нашу новую опцию.
Рекомендация: Не меняйте таким образом права для всей системной папки типа System32. Получите глюки. Если что-то нужно удалить/перезаписать, меняйте права поштучно у каждого файла, так безопаснее.

Отсюда http://narod.ru/disk/25519951000/1251_.rar.html качаем архив с новыми языковыми файлами, любезно предоставленными Petrovich'ем.
Заменяем ими файлы из System32. Я на всякий случай сохранил старые версии. Перезагружаем комп и вуаля, отчет WB у нас на читабельном великорусском языке :dwarf:


А по поводу установки Python на Семерку, то для корректной установки инсталятор необходимо запускать в "Режиме совместимости с Win XP SP2". К этому я пришел после долгих мучений и множественных преустановок :confused:

Все правильно, этот метод Вам не подходит...
Для Вас решение:

Убедись, что в реестре Виндовс, в этой ветке такие значения:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage]
"1250"="c_1251.nls"
"1251"="c_1251.nls"
"1252"="c_1251.nls"
Если нет, то отредактируй их и перегрузи ПК.

Перво-наперво, хочу поблагодарить Вас за инструкцию.
Возникла проблема при установке OBSE/COBL (FCOM_8_2). В инструкции указано, что по ссылке http://www.tesall.ru/file/cobl/ нужно скачать следующие файлы:
-Cobl_172RU1.7z - основной архив
-cobl1.73.7z – патч для работы с MMM
-CoblMainRUS.7z - архив с русификацией
На странице же названия архивов другие (совпадает только первый). Бог с ними, с названиями, но невозможно выполнить шаг 3, потому что архива TSFC_054-17031.zip нет ни в одном из тех архивов, которые находятся на странице COBL. На этом сайте я нашел отдельно файл TSFC, но он в omod-версии, а инструкция ориентирована на WB, а не OBMM. Боюсь отходить от инструкции и импровизировать, потому что есть риск сделать все неправильно. В комментариях на страничке COBL написано, что TCFS и Pluggy в архиве. У меня подозрения, что архивы были перезалиты, а их структура изменилась. Как быть?

Да, Cobl был перепакован, сторонние утилиты из него убраны... и теперь немного отличается от инструкции... но не сильно:
- pluggy возьмите здесь http://tesall.ru/file/obse-pluggy/
- TSFC возьмите здесь TSFC_054-17031.zip или распакуйте омод программкой OBMM...
- теперь в пакете Cobl_172RU1.7z оставляем один флажок активированным для Cobl Main RUS.esp (раньше снимали все флажки)
- для пакета cobl1.73.7z все по старому
- последнего пакета CoblMainRUS.7z нет, он не нужен, поскольку теперь внедрен в пакет Cobl_172RU1.7z
Вот, собственно, и все!...
Т.е., если раньше ставили три пакета, то теперь только два...
