A gigantic dissapointment.
First let's get something out of the way. I am not ever again falling for your **** marketing, Bioware. This is a **** PC port, not something that was actually developed with PC in mind like you said. The game is unoptimized and absolutely unplayable with K+M.
Now let's go to the checklist:
1) Story is just plain bad, cliched save the world crap that we have all seen 100 times before. Not that I expected anything else, but they could've at least try to innovate it in some way. They did not.
2) Writing is abysmal as in every other Bioware game. If you are twelve and a fan of Joss Whedon, you may like it, but anyone else should find it objectively terrible.
3) Combat reminds me of some Korean MMO I played 10 years ago. The faster you button mash, the faster you kill stuff. The tactical mode is useless and clunky and the only thing it accomplishes is that it makes every fight last twice as long as normal.
4) Animations have most likely been motion captured using a Power Rangers VHS from 1994. They revolting and I have no idea how their creators have a job.
5) The world is big, but filled with a mostly meaningless content - 90% of stuff to do are shallow fetch quests. This wouldn't have such a problem if you could just ignore them, but the game actually forces you to complete them to gain Power to unlock the main story.
6) Graphics are nice (well, apart from the hair), but they are completly overshadowed by an abysmal art direction. Everything looks like it is made of Play-Doh, wax and coated in shiny oil. + there is zero cohesiveness or sense in it.
7) Terrible voice acting. Bioware is incapable of finding whether they want to create an faux-medieval fantasy, or a modern romcom.
Overall the game shows a complete lack of care from the developers and oozes juvenility. Don't buy it.
